This is an inspection at sea. Its the last one I remember with flat hats
and officers and chiefs in blue hat covers.

RMC Walters
The radio shack, Fessler in the foreground and a RM2 next, and the
old model 19 teletype machines that we couldn't use because
RMC Walters did not trust them so we copied code.
